From May 13th to 15th, 2025, UzAssystem will take part in Power Uzbekistan, held in Tashkent (CAEx Uzbekistan) — a key event for stakeholders driving the development of energy infrastructure and innovation across the country.
As a committed partner in Central Asia’s energy transition, UzAssystem will actively contribute to the conference programme with two key speaking engagements:
- May 13th (2:20 PM to 3:30 PM – Hall 1): Edgar Seeberger will speak during the Nuclear Energy panel, sharing insights on the challenges and opportunities involved of building a safe, sustainable nuclear industry tailored to Uzbekistan’s needs.
- May 14th (2:40 PM to 3:40 PM – Hall 1): UzAssystem is proud to sponsor the Women in Energy roundtable as part of its commitment to diversity, where Aude Pascal will offer her perspective on diversity and leadership within the energy sector.
Through these contributions, UzAssystem reaffirms its long-term commitment to supporting Uzbekistan’s ambitious energy strategy by delivering technical excellence, driving innovation, and promoting the transformative power of low-carbon technologies.

Reinforcing Our Mission in Uzbekistan’s Energy Transition
Since its creation in 2019, UzAssystem has been a trusted engineering partner of the Ministry of Energy, supporting the implementation of strategic infrastructure projects including grid modernisation, renewable energy deployment, and nuclear readiness.
Earlier this year, UzAssystem signed a Memorandum of Understanding during the official visit of the President of Uzbekistan to France, with the goal of harmonising standards across key energy sectors: pumped-storage hydropower, battery energy storage systems (BESS), distributed generation, energy export, nuclear development, and fault management in distribution networks. This initiative is now part of the ‘France–Uzbekistan’ bilateral roadmap.
Additionally, following the Presidential Resolution PR-51, UzAssystem is collaborating with the Ministry of Investment (MIIT) to simplify procedures and improve project delivery in IFI-funded programmes.
