Project presentation
On the basis of the Presidential Decree №113, dated 03.02.2022, of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Measures to implement the project on the transformation of the electricity sector and sustainable transmission of electricity with the participation of the World Bank, and to develop and increase the efficiency of the transmission grid System“.
The client initiated a tender for development of design and estimate documentation – “Reconstruction of Air-Insulated Switchgear (AIS) with a voltage of 35-110-220-500 kV with replacement of physically obsolete electrical equipment.
The scope covers the preparation of an EPC tender, detailed design control, site supervision and acceptance works. JV UzAssystem LLC was recognized as the winner on cost and quality based tender.
Project scope
The scope of work includes the following activities:

Assistance on modernization of substations and implementation of better standards with higher efficiency
Site supervision of contractor
Datasheets, material requisitions technical specifications, design calculations preparation
Review of contractor designs
MFS (Minimum Functional Specification) document preparation
