Design of 220kV Double Circuit Overhead Transmission Line and engineering surveys

Context

The project involves the use of advanced technologies and materials, ensuring the reliability and durability of the transmission line.

UzAssystem offers a high-quality solution that will provide reliable power supply and enhance the resilience of the power system. 220kV transmission line within the dimensions of the 330kV overhead line will be designed from the generation hub at Navoi 3 GTCC (Navoi Thermal Power Station) to the new 500/220kV substation.

Project scope

Design of double circuit OHTL 220kv

Design and construction of a transmission line approximately 4 km long, connecting the generation unit at Navoi 3 GTCC to the new 500/220 kV substation.

Installation of double-circuit transmission line towers.

Laying low-loss conductors of type ACSR 750 mm².

Installation of Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) to ensure reliable protection and data transmission.

Installation of GSS earth wire.
